2019 Sol Bajo Spanish White Wine

White wines of Spain are rapidly gaining traction in the wine community. The soil where many of Spain’s white wines are very deep and well-drained, primarily of sandy-clay or a clay blend. With long, warm days and a cool drop at night, Spain produces white wines with approachable acidity and tree-fruit aromas. Well-made Spanish white wines will develop more toasted almond and orange peel notes as they age.
