Èdelie’s winemakers’ source grapes from idyllic vineyards positioned between mountains and the Atlantic ocean. The coastal influence moderates temperatures allowing grapes to ripen slowly and evenly offering well-balanced characteristics.

Tasting Notes: Our 2020 Colombard displays crisp aromas of green apple and white peach and pairs excellently with arugula salad, seafood, or Thai cuisine.
